Roche Diagnostics Oy and Sysmex Nordic ApS have agreed to transfer distribution responsibilities for Sysmex’s urine analysis product portfolio in Finland.
- The transition will take effect on 1 April 2026; activities are planned during spring 2026 to ensure continuity
- Existing customer and maintenance agreements will transfer to Sysmex under current terms
- The product range will not change at the point of transition; deliveries and open orders will continue as agreed
- Until the transition date, please continue using Roche’s current ordering and delivery channels
- From 1 April 2026, please direct orders and delivery inquiries to order@sysmex-nordic.fi; technical support and service to service@sysmex-nordic.fi; invoicing to finans@sysmex-nordic.fi
