Securing the health data generated by your Sysmex solutions is our priority

Sysmex has established a Product IT security policy for its products and services to help safeguard health and patient data generated by your Sysmex solutions from external threats. This service includes:

  • Regularly updating Sysmex IT systems to correct any vulnerabilities
  • Continuously improving the cyber security preparedness as a member of the Sysmex European Product IT Security Response Team
  • Proactive monitoring of vulnerabilities of any IT-related product linked to your Sysmex solutions, including third-party products
  • Support for the implementation of security measures in collaboration with your IT security experts
  • IT disaster recovery planning and a European IT escalation plan for your Sysmex solutions

Expert training throughout the product life cycle

To help you get the most from your Sysmex solutions, we provide ongoing scientific and operational training for your team.
